I really love my haircut. It was great meeting Ashley. She listened to what I wanted and did exactly what I was looking for. I have a super short pixie cut and I am very very picky!! Since my stylist retired I’ve had a difficult time finding someone who can give me the cut I’m looking for - and Ashley nailed it! I’ll definitely be back for my next haircut with Ashley. ⭐ 5 Stars for Lexi and The Fix Salon ⭐ I’ve been getting my hair done by Lexi for the past 3 years, and she continues to blow me away every single time. She doesn’t just give haircuts — she creates magic. I’ve lost count of the number of compliments I’ve received over the years because of her work Today was extra special. She spent so much time perfecting every angle, every layer, every detail with so much patience and care and the result was nothing short of a crown. Not to forget the lovely salon with artists who are genuinely passionate about what they do!

Adriana is a talented hairstylist. She listened patiently to my hair goals and concerns and proposed a plan to achieve them. Her advice was informed and knowledgeable. She also recommended an acid shampoo (Redken) to counteract the effects of hard water on my hair. I booked another appointment with her in six weeks to evaluate my next steps. Gracias!

My fiancée just got her hair done by Andi at Fix Hair Salon, and she looks absolutely stunning! Andi did such an incredible job — her attention to detail, creativity, and skill really show in every strand. My fiancée’s hair looks so healthy, beautifully styled, and perfectly suits her. The whole experience at Fix Hair Salon was wonderful — warm, professional, and relaxed. Andi made her feel completely comfortable and listened to exactly what she wanted, then somehow made it even better than we imagined. If you’re in Seattle and looking for someone who truly gets it when it comes to great hair, go see Andi at Fix Hair Salon. She’s amazing! Follow up, still 5 stars!!! I’m back for a follow-up because I honestly can’t say enough good things about the work Andi does. My fiance has been seeing her for a while now, and every single time she comes home from Fix Salon, I’m blown away. Andi is incredibly sweet and caring, and you can tell she truly takes pride in what she does. She has mastered the perfect shade of blonde—it’s bright, healthy, and looks amazing. Honestly, if it were up to me (and I know Andi feels the same way!), we’d keep her hair this exact blonde forever. Exo is seriously a miracle worker!!! I went into the salon with probably five different colors in my hair and a horrific cut… I thought I was hopeless. I had one day to fix it before my long international trip, and she immediately got into the mindset of there’s no “if” but “how” it will be done. She was determined and ready. Hours of dedication and hard work!! I walked out of the salon feeling the most confident in my hair I ever have in my life. Not an exaggeration. Went completely blonde with my hair somehow feeling stronger! Not only is she exceptionally talented in hair, but she’s also just an amazing human and so easy to crack jokes with. I loved every minute with her and will forever be grateful for this. Will recommend her to anyone and everyone I know in the Seattle area. 1000/10 stars if I could. She deserves every single one of them!!!

Lexi is INCREDIBLE. I am a very picky person, hardly ever like my haircuts 🤦🏼‍♀️ and I'm in love with my hair. First of all, they are seriously lovely - warm, kind, funny and professional. They are a perfectionist and spent a lot of time perfecting my bob. I've never gotten more compliments in my life and I've now had a week of styling it myself and it's a dream. I highly recommend them and they've got a new loyal client.

I went in on a Saturday Morning.... Staff is very awesome. They were welcoming and made me feel at home being the frist person in at 8a. Day before I double checked to see that their hours were that early and they were super quick to confirm that they were open and would be expecting me. My stylist Adriana was very professional and helped me pick out a style for my hair she even helped me dial it in. She styled the hair and helped me get some shampoo and conditioner. The hair cut is awesome and she even followed up to make sure everything was locked in as we had discussed. Great experience I rebooked for the next appointment. Great spot. Thank you for your service!

UPDATED with before and after photos (before had black roots and blotchy black in it). When the color remover took out the black, of course it wasn’t taken out all the way or my hair would fall out so it went a light orange color. Aurora did a great job removing it and getting it to match my hair. She didn’t do permanent as she said she wanted to make sure the color was ok and if I wanted to change it later that I could without compromising my hair. She also stated that it could fade a bit and to come back in if it starts looking weird — I highly appreciate and am very impressed! I’ll definitely be going back :) and finally, I have peace of mind. Below is my review after the consultation I had but before the actually appointment to fix my hair: Aurora approached my situation with genuine empathy and care — something I deeply needed after working with two previous stylists who left my hair damaged and my confidence shaken. On top of that, I was going through an incredibly emotional time, as my father-in-law was in hospice and has since passed. Even though we haven’t done the actual appointment yet, Aurora has already given me something I hadn’t felt in a long time — confidence. She took the time to truly listen, performed strand tests (which no one else had even suggested), and treated me like a human being, not just another client in the chair. That care and honesty mean everything to me after what I’ve been through. Thank you, Aurora, for helping me feel supported, seen, and hopeful again — both for my hair and for myself. **I’ll update later once my hair has been completed and fixed — this was a review based on the conversation and consulting while doing testing on my hair in evaluating how to fix it**

Lexi was so incredible! Lexi asked me great questions and took the time needed to make sure we were on the same page about the look I was going for. Lexi also communicated well throughout the appointment about the color process, provided education, and was a joy to work with. I’ve learned more from Lexi about my hair in the past 2 appointments (1st was a cut, 2nd was this vivid color) than I’ve learned in my whole life. On top of that, Lexi is an absolute gem and has such positive energy. Fix Salon does a great job of creating a comfortable yet professional space and the stylists and staff are friendly and inviting. I would highly recommend Lexi and Fix Salon!
